- きまって【決まって, 極まって】habitually《正式》習慣的に, いつも;常習的に*invariablyいつも, 例外なくきまって(⇔variably).
▲I always get [feel] nervous in her presence. 彼女の前に出るときまっておどおどする
She religiously waters the flowers every morning. 彼女は毎朝きまって花に水をやる(=She makes (a) religion of watering...)
year in and year out いつもいつも, 年中;毎年きまって(=year in, year out).

●彼は月末には決まって金の無心に来る. At the end of every month, he never fails to [will invariably] come and ask me to loan him some money.
