She religiously waters the flowers every morning. 彼女は毎朝きまって花に水をやる(=She makes (a) religion of watering...)

きまって【決まって】
〔いつも〕 always; habitually; invariably; 《米》 all the time; 〔判で押したように〕 regularly; like clockwork; without exception; without fail; unfailingly.

●決まって…する be in the habit of doing; make it a rule to do; regularly [habitually, invariably, always, unfailingly] do.

●彼は月末には決まって金の無心に来る. At the end of every month, he never fails to [will invariably] come and ask me to loan him some money.

・武勇談は決まって誇張が多い. A tale of heroism invariably contains a great deal of exaggeration.

・この季節, 雨というと決まって大降りだ. During this season it never rains but it pours.

・僕はテストのときは決まって下痢をする. Whenever there's a test I'm sure to have diarrhea [loose bowels].

・その旅館では朝食には決まって卵料理が出る. In that inn an egg dish of some kind is invariably part of the breakfast menu.

・私が出掛けようとすると決まって電話が来る. Every time I'm about to leave the house the phone rings.
